  What is TxID ?

    1. Recharge is not arrive to the account :

  After issuing the recharge operation, but unable to check the recharge record in the platform, please dealing according to the following steps:

  1) Check the wallet or platform that you have initiated the transfer, whether the transfer address is the recharge address provided by our platform;

  2) If confirm the recharge address is from our platform, but still no record, you need to submit the work order, provide your recharge address, and the customer service will check it out for you.


 

  

    2. Withdraw is not arrive to the account:

  After issuing the withdraw operation, but unable to receive the withdraw money, please dealing according to the following steps:

  1) Login account in our platform, check this withdraw record has been audited or not .If not, please wait patiently. We will complete the audit as soon as possible.

  2) If it has been already audited, you need to check if your withdraw address is correct or not.If you enter the wrong address, your funds may not be found back;

  3) If the address is correct, you need to submit the work order for further verification.
